New Jersey breakfast on Cortez Road
We're a 30-seat bagel and sub shop in Bradenton, and we built it around the pork roll breakfasts we grew up on. If you're from the Northeast, we hope it brings you home.
Pork roll, or Taylor ham
Pork roll is the center of our menu, and yes, we know some of you call it Taylor ham. Call it whatever you grew up calling it, and we'll cook it the same way.
Bagel or hard roll
We have a dozen different types of bagels, and the breakfast sandwiches can go on a bagel or a hard roll. Pick what you grew up with.
The room
The decor is Jersey style, and when we can, we come out from behind the counter and talk with you.
